While I love the starry background, this blog'o'mine is mostly for fiction, and thus needs to be readable. Therefore, digging back into my old LiveJournal roots and adapting them to Dreamwidth, here is the process by which I made colour changes.
1. www.dreamwidth.org/manage/settings/
2. Go to Display, and scroll all the way down to "Would you like to select your journal style?"
3. Go to "Customize your theme". It gives you choices on the left sidebar for fonts, etc., but most important is choosing your colours.

Have fun!

Doing various technology tests to take this DW account for a spin. Looks like the mobile app works well, but it's still better suited for my desktop computer, since I can't seem to do copy and paste on my tablet.
It will be good for my innate wordiness, at any rate. Stay alert for incoming fandom meta, of the NDU/ROTGOC variety.
